Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Signature Requirement
All orders over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery for security and insurance purposes.
Packaging
Each order is presented in our signature luxury packaging, suitable for gifting. Sustainable materials are used whenever possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You may also log into your account to view your order status.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
